What else did I do in Arizona?

Inquiring minds have been asking:  We've seen your botanical garden pictures.  What else did you do while you were in Arizona?
Well, I'm glad you asked.  Here are some highlights.
I visited my good friends, the Vaughns and held their delicious new baby.
The Vaughns, the Morgans and I hiked this little feature around the back and came out through the eye.
Heidi was up for a hike even after having her 6th so recently!
Rebecca, Geoffy and Jonathan pose at the top of the rock.  The zoo is below us.

We had fabulous guacamole made right at our table at El Toro, Mexican Grill and Cantina. We took careful notes, and then went home and made our own!  Delish!
Rebecca, Me, Gramma, and Jonathan eagerly await our entrees.

We ate Mexican food!
We went on walks around the neighborhood.  This is Rebecca and Geoff's house.

We got pedicures.

Geoff made us fabulous smoothies and gave me step by step instructions on how to make a "perfect smoothie."

We went shoe shopping.  I got some birkenstocks and Jonathan got these "boots are made for walkin'.

We ate lunch at Chipotles.  It was my first time.

And strawberries.

And a little herb garden.

We cooked lots of good food together.  We made fajitas (pictured above) and Vita Mix taco soup, and our own guacamole.
One night we had a dinner party at home.  We played board games and ate hostess cupcakes and twinkies!
We went to church.

But mostly, we just loved following Jonathan around and admired everything he did!  He is a great little guy!

Thanks for reminding me of all those good times. We did quite a bit in those few days didn't we?
