Visitors

We've had all kinds of great friends visit us. Some from other countries, some from other states. Some stayed for days or weeks. Others stayed elsewhere, but just had a meal and spent a few hours with us.
Logan's best friend Alan stayed with us for a few weeks when his mom went to Brazil. This is a picture of Alan and his mom right before they moved back to Brazil this summer. We miss you, Christina and Alan!

In the spring we had our friends from Ohio, the Johnsons stay with us for a few days. They used to be in our ward about 11 years ago or so. They make a trip out to Boston every spring!
Our great friends the Capells visited us from Virginia.
We had a lovely dinner with our friends, the Sattlers.
Janessa wanted to take a picture of all of these red-heads together, because she has a "Ginger Fan Club" she started on facebook.
Emily Evans and her 3 gorgeous girls came to visit us from Virgina. She also brought her friend (and Janessa's sunbeam teacher), Amy, who used to live in our ward 11 years ago and came from Salt Lake, via D.C.
Marguerite Dietrich had been in Needham for 38 years before she and her family moved to California. Marguerite and I have spent many hours when she lived here planning birthday parties, preschool classes, and outings together. She and I are rather kindred spirits that way.
Janessa and Abbie were best friends from the ages of 4-6. On the far left is Michelle, who was visiting us from BYU Idaho, via Salt Lake, via New Hampshire.
Lizzie Morrison came from Canada to go to EFY and girl's camp here. Unfortunately, she had some bad asthma attacks at girl's camp and had to come home early. Because her Uncle and Aunt (Lunds) she was staying with were working full time, we got the pleasure of having her at our house for a few days!

If you come and vist, we'll put you on the blog too!

Made me so homesick to see all those pictures (yes, I still think of the Boston area as home)!
