Are you surprised at how heavy this rock is? It was soooo heavy, that all 4 of them would have to take a break to recover every time they brought a new slab in.
James was in New York that day, so he didn't get to see the "work in progress." He was very pleased when he got home that night.
This was a family business--the dad and his 3 sons.
That weekend James finished all of the plumbing and electrical work in the new kitchen, and we started moving things over and using it for real.
