Tuesday night we had a dinner of the type that Christ might have eaten. Attendees were required to dress up, and we ate on the floor, like a picnic. Our menu was "lamb kabobs", salad with a vinaigrette dressing, hard boiled eggs, raisins, grape juice, olives, and flat bread. It wasn't an authentic passover dinner, but there were some elements that were similar.
It was fun--plus we learned a lot about Christ's life the week before his crucifiction and resurrection.
Lachlan tried everything--even the kalmata olives.
I did go to a lot of work to put this dinner on, so much so, that we never made time to decorate Easter Eggs. In fact, I completely forgot about making Easter Dinner until the evening before Easter!
