We got an early start on the tricks and treats this year with our ward's Trunk or Treat
Janessa was in charge of decorating our "trunk." She chose a theme of bad luck. Note: the ladder, the black cat, the number 13, the broken mirrors, the spilled salt, the silly string!
Janessa was originally going to be a pretzel rod with salt on her, but on the way to the Trunk or Treat she changed her mind and decided to be hot chocolate with marshmallows. She's a creative one!
This is the ONLY picture we got of Soren/Zorro. You may be noticing that we don't have any photos of Logan. That is because much to his disappointment he was enduring a rainy night and a rainy Saturday at a scout campout.

There really isn't a better costume for a cold evening than Cruella DeVil's fur coat. And of course, I had to have at least one dalmatian. J.B. couldn't bear to be a non-weapon toting character, though, so he added a belt and a sword and became a Ninja dog.Lachlan was a skeleton with glow in the dark bones. That was his idea, and he wouldn't entertain any other options, now matter how much we pleaded.

Hands-down one of the best costumes we've ever seen, Megan!--tim and becky
FANTASTIC! Janessa is highly creative as are the rest of the McQuivey bunch. Sad we missed it: everyone over here is sicky.
I attended one of your trunk or treats once and thought it was such a fun way to celebrate Halloween. Your costumes are great!
You guys are awesome and so creative!
